1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship within the United States only using the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The shipping method and delivery speed depend on the option selected by the customer at checkout.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

High-value orders may receive complimentary insured shipping at the sole discretion of Golden Level Jewelry LLC.

5. Insured Shipping & Responsibility

We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping, especially for high-value items.

Golden Level Jewelry LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Packages lost or damaged by the carrier
  • Theft or loss after the carrier marks the package as “Delivered”

In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will assist the customer in filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the shipment status.
