RETURN POLICY
Golden Level Jewelry LLC

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Golden Level Jewelry LLC accepts returns within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date for eligible items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards and Klarna’s requirements.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all original accessories, tags, certificates, and boxes

Items returned with signs of use, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene standards, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Engraved or personalized pieces
- Earrings or body-piercing jewelry
- Items altered or resized after purchase

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If:
1) Your item arrives damaged, or
2) You receive an incorrect item,

You must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a prepaid return shipping label.

- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- A detailed description of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including Klarna where applicable.

IMPORTANT REFUND TERMS
- Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
- Store credit is NOT available for purchases made using Klarna.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- For voluntary returns (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to notify us of their intention to return an eligible item. All returns must be authorized and follow the instructions provided by our team.
